When will I receive my order?

Shipping times will be longer for custom orders, during busy periods such as Valentines, Easter and Christmas and during extreme hot weather events where outdoor temperatures are consistently above 22*C.

We will keep you informed via our website and social media regarding any delays.

Where does your chocolate come from?
From Amelonado beans grown in the Eastern Congo's Virunga National Park by the worlds first female cocoa cooperative, the rarest Beniano cacao grown in Bolivia's Beni Amazon, unique cacaos grown specifically for their variety and the unrivalled Fino De Aroma single origin cacaos of Central & South America we use some of the finest cacaos from around the world in our chocolate creations.

See 'Our Chocolates' page for more information.

How long do products last?
The best before date on our products varies and will always be clearly marked on the packaging. Bonbons and truffles sometimes have cream based fillings and so we recommend these are consumed within 2 weeks to ensure they are at their freshest.

All of our chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Despite popular belief chocolate should NOT be stored in the fridge as this will create humidity and cause the chocolate to bloom. They will still be completely safe to eat but it will affect their appearance.

Are your chocolates vegan and soy or gluten free?
We have a wide range of products suitable for vegans and people with specific dietary requirements and these will always be clearly marked on the packaging. Please be sure to check the product ingredients and allergy information or email us with any specific queries.

NB: All products are made with ingredients and produced in an environment which handles milk, soy, gluten, wheat, eggs, nuts and sulphites and therefore there is always a potential risk for cross contamination.

Health & Hygiene Precautions
We have strict hygiene precautions and practices in place in our kitchen and are registered with the local health authority as a 5* commercial food producer. We are fully insured and have a compliant traceability system in place.
