Shipping times will be longer for custom orders, during busy periods such as Valentines, Easter and Christmas and during extreme weather events where outdoor temperatures are consistently above 22*C.
We will keep you informed via our website and social media regarding any delays.
Where does your chocolate come from?
We only use Fino De Aroma certified cacaos originating from Central & South America in our product range as it is among the best chocolate available worldwide. See 'Our Ethos' page for more information about our chocolate https://www.cocomeraki.com/pages/about-us
How long do products last?
The best before date on our products varies depending on fillings used and will always be clearly marked on the packaging.
Solid bars and lollies will last over 12 months if stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Bonbons and truffles sometimes have cream based fillings and so we recommend these are consumed within 2 weeks to ensure they are at their freshest.
Despite popular belief chocolate should NOT be stored in the fridge as this will create humidity and cause the chocolate to bloom. They will still be completely safe to eat but it will affect their appearance.
Are your chocolates vegan and soy or gluten free?
We have a wide range of products suitable for vegans and people with specific dietary requirements and these will always be clearly marked on the packaging.
Please be sure to check the ingredients and allergy information within the online listing or email us if you're unsure and we will be more than happy to help.
NB: All products are made with ingredients and produced in an environment which handles milk, soy, gluten, wheat, eggs and nuts and therefore there is always a potential risk for cross contamination.
