We offer a 14 day cancellation period, from the date the order was delivered, whereby customers may return solid chocolate products in their original, unopened packaging. Upon inspection a full refund will be issued and you will be notified by email.
This policy excludes the return of items that are perishable such as brownies, bonbons and truffles or items personalised to the customers specifications. The customer is responsible for the full cost of return postage via a tracked service which will only be reimbursed if the item is deemed to be faulty.
